The design incorporates 100 guest rooms distributed across all five storeys, totalling 1,385 sqm. The ground floor includes 212 sqm of food and beverage space, alongside 80 sqm of communal amenities, such as a gym and a meeting room. The project successfully blends functionality and aesthetic appeal while adhering to sustainable design principles, creating a modern and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

The design also incorporates 1,597 sqm of office space and a vibrant ground-floor hospitality offering, including a café/restaurant, gym, and wellness centre. The project features three levels of basement parking, accommodating 114 vehicles, with an additional two above-ground parking spaces.
