Reception Duties include - Greet & Check-In patients for their appointments, assist with patients concerns and queries. manage incoming calls and action emails from clinical nurses.
Back of House Duties Include - Working through the unactioned report and ensuring that we are completing it in a timely matter, Completing data quality reports each week, actioning urgent appointments for patients, liaising with clinical nurses in regards to when & where patients should be booked in.
Nurses Station Duties Include - Making urgent Follow up appointments for patients, assisting with patient queries and working closely with the nursing staff to reschedule and make changes to patient appointments.
