Ella Johnstone

Summary

I have 4.5 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, coaching clients to accomplish their health and well-being goals. I also instruct small to large groups of all ages and abilities, including school students. To help clients of various ages and abilities reach their fitness objectives, I must consider their limitations and strengthen my problem-solving skills.


I currently work in childcare along side my personal training job at Elanora public school in the after school care program as an educator there. The job involves supporting emotional, social and academic development of young children. I am also trained in the developmental stages and knowledgeable about offering safe, nurturing environments to boost learning.

I've worked with Stella Maris College and their PDHPE staff to create a beneficial training programme that follows their curriculum and is also appropriate for their access to resources.


I have also previously worked in the hospitality industry, where I honed my communication, problem-solving, and people skills. As an older sister and aunt, I have always been patient with children and assisted my parents in caring for my younger siblings. This taught me to help and care for children with compassion, patience, and enthusiasm.
