Firstly, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Ella McGregor-Reid, and Im a 21 year old female based on the Mornington Peninsula. I am a highly motivated, resourceful and independent person. I strongly believe that I would be a great asset to your company, as I have many amazing attributes to bring to the table.

I have experience in multiple work felids, which has helped me be able to adapt to any environment and obtain exceptional people skills. I have lots of experience working in hospitality and retail. Some of my main job roles have been; to provide customer service and care, making coffees in a busy cafe and working as a sales representative in a large department store.

As well as my previous experience in the hospitality and the retail sector I also currently run a successful cleaning business which I have been building for the last year. As a business owner it is soley my responsibility to maintain the integrity of my business. Some of my key responsibilities include, but are not limited to; admin, invoicing, banking, scheduling/time management, building strong rapport with cliental, handling emails and calls, quoting jobs and more.

I have loved growing my business. I have gained so many great qualities and skills along the way. Although it is now time to take myself further and continue to expand my knowledge and experience.
