As the first employee of this Boost Juice franchise, I was in charge of training new employees in preparation of the products and also induction training.

Vienna Patisserie is a family friendly patisserie on Maling Road. The main focus of this job was customer satisfaction and maintaining happy relationships with all customers. My main focus was to stay positive and joyful throughout the job.

I aimed to enhance team productivity by maintaining a clean and organised workspace for crew members, as well as ensuring to continuously upsell menu items to contribute to increased sales.

It was important for me to ensure childs' safety by monitoring play areas and consistently enforcing rules, as well as promoting healthy habits by preparing nutritious meals and snacks for children daily, whilst providing a friendly relationship with the children.
