i am very determined in finding a management position that will allow me to grow and learn new things every day!

i may only be 17 years old turning 18 in a few months but that does not compare to how capable i am of doing anything. in my current job role i have been training to be manager which has included learning how to do the weekly rosters, supervising a team, giving them direction, refunds/exchange and so much more! i have really loved learning all these new things over the past couple months i am just not sure if the company i am at is somewhere i am wanting to be long term. i didn't graduate school but that doesn't undermine how much i have achieved since making that decision. i completed a cert 3 in beauty therapy while working full time up to 48 hrs per week, even tho i may not have all requirements, everybody learns somewhere and that is exactly what i am aiming to do! i will always be there to show up for my team and be someone you can always count on as staff. i would kindly appreciate if you would take the time to give me a chance because i do really have a lot of potential.
