The Goodlife clinic comprises of naturopaths James Hancock, Margaret Boyd-Squires and Anna Boetto as well as osteopaths Anthony Murphy, Aaron Anderson and Hardip Banger, to whom I provide support to.

• Reception support; answering phones, booking, cancelling and rescheduling client appointments, collecting deliveries, preparing client orders to be sent out and safely packaged and posted.
• Provide positive first impressions to all clients, greeting, advising, and making them feel comfortable.
• Assisting practitioners to make herbal tinctures.
• Providing assistance to clients in purchasing supplements.
• Answering clients questions and addressing, resolving or escalating issues to management personnel to satisfy customers.
• Acting as first point of contact in scheduling appointments with prospective clients with the appropriate practitioner and scheduling appointments
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.

Kingston Heath is a private, members only golf course tanked as one of the best in Australia. An extremely high standard of service must be provided to all members.

• Responsible for opening and closing the club house on various shifts which involves; setting up and packing down the bar and club house, shutting down all the tills, and lock up of the club house
• Trained new waitstaff on proper food handling, customer service and safety procedures.
• Greeted new customers, discussed dietary requirements, menu and took orders.
• Maintained customer satisfaction with timely table check-ins to assess food and beverage needs.
• Kept server areas clean and stocked to increase efficiency while working tables
• Used cash registers and credit card machines to cash out customers.

Glassons is a women's retail store at Southland. My role involved serving and attending to customer needs and maintaining the upkeep of the store

At Mentone Grammar I coached a year 7 girls basketball team as part of their compulsory sports program, this consisted of a weekly 2 hour training sessions and a game on Saturday mornings.

Over a seven year period on my school holidays, I worked as a waitress and kitchen hand at the Birchip hotel.

My duties included taking and attending to orders and processing payments. At the end of my shift, I was entrusted to close the store which required me to clean the store, clean and turn off all machinery, replenish supplies and count and attend to safe keeping of all money received.

Bar work at a one day festival.

While coahing at OMBC I trained girls in under 10s and 12s, which consisted of weekly training sessions and matches.
