As followed working in in a rehab i have gained in rehabilitation and treatment care plans to accelerate patient recovery, minimize pain and optimize patient outcomes. Recorded patient condition, vital signs, recovery progress and medication side effects. Used sterile techniques to prepare patients for procedures.
