Over my two-year tenure, I have proven myself to be a valuable and standout team member by consistently maintaining exceptional service standards. Within six months of joining, I passed the Specialist exams. After one year with the company, I took the initiative to create an independent AUCN company Wiki page and organized CS templates for the team. This effort, along with my dedication, led to my promotion to Training Specialist, where I took on additional training responsibilities in my daily work. Job duties:

• Managed warehouse Inventories system updates using internal Access software. Monitored daily shipping and handling.
• Troubleshot and assist formulating strategies for expected and unanticipated logistic issues to optimize supplier logistic systems.

• Maintain and update students information in company database using Excel functions. Submit intergraded students' information and direct student's inquires to appropriate consultation team members to enhance the efficiency of consultants and boost students' satisfaction.
• Assist with consultants to offer information of the courses.
• Assist teachers' preparation of course materials and print the materials needed for the class.
