I have worked in the Early Childhood and Education Care sector for the last 5 years, completing my Certificate III in 2020, and then my Diploma in 2024. I have been working as a Team Leader in the pre school room for the last 2 years, learning and developing the skills to provide a curriculum that supports children's individual development. This career has encouraged me to focus on creating inclusive and stimulating learning environments, understanding creative teaching methods, and behavioural management strategies to engage young learners. I have strong communication skills that collaborate well alongside families and children, to facilitate and encourage a nurturing learning environment. I am looking to further my education on child development through an SSO role.
