I have worked with a range of disabled and high needs students. I support one on one but often spread myself across as many students as I can to ensure everyone is as supported as they can be. I support the children’s academic needs but also nurture their mental, emotional and social wellbeing as they navigate their way through many changes. I have experience with all ages, children with a background of trauma, children with down syndrome and children on varying scales of the spectrum. A school is a highly professional environment but has also allowed me to created deep connections with my students and for some, be the only reliable and consistent adult in their life. I cherish all I have learnt from this job and it is with a heavy heart that I move onto alternative opportunities.

Completed general cleaning, served customers, completed daily baking to maintain a stocked display cabinet at all times and was responsible for open and closing the business which included counting the till. It was a fast paced environment due to the near constant demand of coffee so I learnt to work under pressure to a high standard.

Completed general cleaning duties, served customers, was responsible for staying on time with movie schedule; serving all customers waiting, opening doors, announcing, ripping tickets and ensuring everything went smoothly.
