  • Responsible for the delivery of the strategy and activities relating to the Reece Graduate Program across ANZ.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding of graduates across multiple campaigns. Improvements I made to the process increased first year retention by 38%.
  • Conducted an in-depth review to improve the Early Careers strategy, with a specific focus on employee experience. My improvements to the program resulted in Reece being rated as one of the top ranked graduate employers in Australia.
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of the graduate development programs. Which led to a 45% increase in graduates achieving internal promotions post program.
