- Developed whole school literacy plan, including extension and ATAR classes, as well as targeted remediation programs
- Created engagement programs including annual book week festival, writing clubs, and cross campus reading
- Used student data to reflect on and adapt teaching programs
- As HOLA, supported staff and lead professional development sessions; moderations; peer growth coaching; as well as expectation for assessment templates, feedback and report comments
- As a teacher, created engaging lessons that assisted students in achieving their self selected goals, particularly notable in the success of English and Modern History students, with 100% of students achieving standard, and 30% achieving higher than 80%

- Successfully scheduled and coordinated staff and students while leading the Yiyili athletics carnival
