I endeavour to deliver an advanced level of patient care whilst demonstrating professional commitment, collaborative teamwork skills and effective communication skills whilst working within my scope of practice. I am compassionate and empathetic individual, and I strive to display through evidence-based nursing care that is current and delivered to the best of my ability.

I have excelled in and demonstrate the following skills: Working collaboratively within the team including Allied Health Professionals, NDIS support coordinators and fellow staff. I facilitate shifts when required and provide rosters for upto 5 staff members concerning 4 clients. I work independently and complete on call shifts every month. I am experienced in delivering clear, concise, and accurate information while maintaining client confidentiality at all time. I Provide high standard of personal care while maintaining client’s privacy and personal choices.

I have experience with acting house manager duties including, on call duties and facilitating shifts, facilitating and taking meeting minutes for team meeting.

I am competent in applying my long standard knowledge and experience in the disability industry to improve safety and quality Commitment to deliver high quality accordingly to the NDIS standards and codes.
