I'm on my working holiday visa and have just travelled the East Coast and want to now settle in Melbourne. I'm a hardworking and reliable individual who has had experience in multiple industries such as; retail, culinary settings and administrative rolls. From this experience I have gained considerable transferable skills from that aid me to quickly adapt to new roles and challenges. - Creating and monitoring daily financial reporting for the managing director.
- Overseeing and logging the daily expenditure on waste removed from company property.
- Assisting the finance director with any admin tasks required. Eg; filing, supplier payments and general inbox queries.
- Processing supplier invoices and raising relevant disputes.
- Customer invoicing, customer payments,and managing all customer invoice disputes and raising credit notes when required.
- Data reporting on customer information.
- Managing completion of each job completed by the company and processing necessary extra cost items and charges for customers loads.
- Covering the sales or traffic team when short-staffed.
- Account manager for high priority customer accounts.
- Processing scrap metal rebate prices for particular loads.
- Running up to three children parties in a soft play facility, two simultaneously, daily. This includes meeting and greeting the customers, setting rooms up and cleaning them after, serving food and refilling drinks and assisting customers with any unique requests for their child's needs.
- Managing the soft play area outside of party bookings when open the general public.
- Working the cafe/bar area for special events and party bookings. This includes making hot drinks, serving food, running the till and bar portering on busy occasions.
- Covering reception when short-staffed to process gym and soft play bookings, advising customers on packages on centre packages and cashing the till at the end of the day.
