Accomplishments

School House Captain:

Being a house captain in year 12 allowed me to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and skills to productively liaise and cooperate with others for positive outcomes for the school. My role provided me with the ability to speak publicly at school assemblies, successfully promote school activities to increase student engagement in these activities, and promote collaboration with others to achieve the greatest result possible

Additionally, in both year 7 and 8, I was awarded the title of class captain, which also allowed me to touch on paramount leadership qualities, and the importance of trust in any situation

Peer Support Leader:

In year 10, I assisted the new year 7s in their transition from primary school to high school. This role included a high level of trust and responsibility to build a strong rapport with the younger students, being an advocate for them as they entered into a new reality.

Peer Tutor:

University of South Australia in 2021 requested me to be a paid peer tutor on campus for fellow university students, tutoring for several subjects in which my results were above average. Unfortunately, I could not accept, as I relocated back to Melbourne.

Throughout my retail experience, I have won store and company incentives, receiving bonuses for the dedication and hard work I demonstrate consistently in my roles.
