After deciding to follow my passion for Aviation, and also having positive support from the staff at Wiseberry, I had an opportunity to work with REX. I received extensive training about workplace safety and health. My enthusiasm led me to jump onto being an Aircraft Dispatcher within weeks! Some of the skills/experience was:

• Inspected the Saab 340 and 737 to ensure compliance with safety regulations before flights.
• Coordinated engine startup during pushback for timely departures.
• I helped marshalling aircraft for parking precision when arriving at the gate.
• Managed passenger interactions to alleviate concerns and streamline boarding processes.
• Loaded baggage up to 32 kilograms into designated compartments efficiently.
• I organised cargo space effectively to maximise loading capacity.
• Held an Airside driver’s license ensuring operational readiness for towing bags or setting up bays.
• Obtained Red ASIC security card for unrestricted access to secure areas.
• Completed a Goods and Dangerous awareness course.

I started working in an area close by with WiseberryRE. Although I had experience in sales previously, I was taught new and amazing skills, and strategies. The most important lesson I learned was understanding the DISC personality types! Every day working at Wiseberry was a wonderful opportunity to discover a new skill. Some of the skills/experience was:

After working with BMW, I was presented to work in Real Estate with Response. On my first day, I immediately realised that it was a completely different sales game. I had to adapt and learn new skills to be able to communicate effectively in this industry. Some of the skills/experience was:

• Pursued Certificate IV in Real Estate while managing a demanding workload.
• Quickly obtained Certificate of Registration, balancing study commitments with work responsibilities.
• Ensured and maintained my attire and character with professionalism.
• Enhanced communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Developed the ability to read and interpret complex legislation relevant to real estate.
• Learned effective study techniques to improve knowledge retention and application.
• Collaborated with team members to promote a cohesive working environment.

I applied for a part-time sales position at BMW as I was impressed with the service I had received from BMW during service. Being my first ever job in sales, I was eager to learn new techniques and skills. I dressed professionally. My time with BMW saw me help sell 30 cars in a month! Some of the skills and experience were: re:

• Gained firsthand experience in sales, enhancing CRM skills and achieving performance targets.
• Adapted to high-pressure dealership environment while learning operations and processes.
• Studied the BMW pricing, features, and vehicle registration details to support customer inquiries.
• Resolved customer complaints and addressed delivery timelines effectively.
• Interpreted stock organisation patterns to optimise vehicle placement.
• Delivered over 30 vehicles by applying problem-solving strategies in dynamic situations.
• Liaised between customers, sales staff, and internal departments when necessary.
• I created presentations for customers to demonstrate the features of the BMW products.

I started working at A1 SunUp from a referral from one of my friends. Because I loved horticulture and property maintenance, I was quick to advance within the company. This job really taught me to "push on" when the going gets rough and to push on! Some of the skills/experience were:

• I was promoted to leading hand/team leader within months due to prior experience.
• Trained colleagues to optimise job performance, maximise efficiency and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Drove a truck with trailer, ensuring safe and timely transportation of equipment.
• Maintained my physical fitness and health to manage demands of this labor-intensive role.
• Delivered high-quality work that consistently met expectations of owners and Strata Managers.
• Contributed to business growth by helping increase job capacity and fleet size by 70%.
• Cultivated strong teamwork skills while understanding customer needs and leading by example.

My first job came about during Covid, I was quick to adapt and learn to work at a young age. Some of the skills I adapted were:

• Contributed to plant nursery operations in Dural, integrating personal hobby with professional experience.
• Collaborated within a team of four to maintain plant care and movement.
• Operated heavy machinery and tractors in confined spaces, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Acquired diverse skills related to horticulture and fieldwork through hands-on experience.
• Performed regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning equipment, checking supplies, and ensuring proper operation of machinery.
