Developed my practical skills in groundwork preparation, masonry, woodwork and turf laying. Had influence on key design decisions before constructing bespoke private and commercial landscapes. Operated vehicles such as excavators and track barrows.

Used various power tools and machinery such as drills, saws, sanders and mixers on a daily basis. Ground clearance and excavation undertaken by hand tools and machinery. Reticulation Installation. Collected tools and materials from suppliers around Perth.

Worked within the Geology department identifying gold ore, setting out drill patterns and ensuring the efficient collection, processing and delivery of blast hole samples. Assisted on site mechanics with general maintenance and refueling duties.

Joined a more design focused practice delivering projects across South West England and Wales. Made multiple site visits to meet with clients, surveying and analysing sites before presenting a final masterplan. Had a key role in all stages of landscape design from initial conception to the final planting selection.

Started as a graduate Landscape Architect in a busy and experienced multi disciplinary team working on large scale domestic and international projects. Worked alongside Engineers and Architects to deliver precise plans for high quality public spaces.
