I am currently working for Carter & Osbourne, I do a verity of different jobs on a daily basis. we predominantly work on commercial and industrial jobs, tasks can range from cable installations to fault finding . In my role with Carter & Osbourne I am required to do all electrical work safely and at a high standard.

• Worked from ladders, scaffolds and lifts to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring equipment and lighting fixtures in ceilings, on roofs and on towers.
• Installed and wired electrical transformers, service panels, and circuit breakers.
• Installed, maintained, repaired, and tested equipment for electricity generation and utilization.
• Planned layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on specifications and applicable code.
• Inspected electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and repair requirements.

While working for Hornbill i was based in a nickel refinery. I worked there as an industrial electrician, daily tasks included using heavy duty cable trey and conduits to run SWA cables. this refinery used hazardous gases in the process of refining the nickel, this was challenging to work around and everything had to be done with the gas in mind. This resulted in me completing my ATEX ( hazardous area) qualification.
