With over two decades of progressive experience across manufacturing, rigging, and lifting industries, I bring a strong blend of hands-on technical skills and leadership capabilities. My career began in 2001 as a Maintenance Technician at NEC Toppan Circuit Solutions, where I maintained and optimized automated PCB production machinery. I was selected for technical training in Japan, gaining expertise in advanced automation systems and PLC programming, which contributed to improved equipment efficiency and reduced downtime. In 2012, I entered the lifting and rigging industry as a General Fitter with A Noble & Son, where I assembled, maintained, and inspected lifting equipment both in the workshop and on-site. This role deepened my understanding of safety compliance, mechanical assembly, and the practical applications of lifting gear in diverse field environments. My most significant tenure was with Unilift Global (2014–2025), where I advanced from Production Worker to Production Manager. Along the way, I held key positions including QC/QA Manager, Workshop Supervisor, and Technical Manager. I led quality assurance programs aligned with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 17020 standards, ensuring that inspection, testing, and certification of lifting equipment met strict regulatory and industry requirements. As a NATA signatory, I played a key role in helping the company obtain and maintain accreditation for inspection and testing services. In my senior roles, I managed both technical and production teams, supervised wire rope installations, streamlined workshop processes, and provided technical support and sales assistance to clients. My leadership was instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, improving turnaround times, and strengthening client trust through consistent quality and service. My career journey reflects a deep commitment to quality, safety, continuous improvement, and industry compliance—anchored by strong technical knowledge and practical field experience.
