I am a highly organized and self motivated individual who has over 4 years working in a personal assistant role and almost a year in an executive assistant role, where I work for with three individuals, the CEO, COO and the Head of Business Sales and Marketing. As well as ensuring the rest of the company has a helping hand throughout their own departments and daily tasks.
I am proactive, have an eye for detail and can easily deal with multitasking whilst still prioritizing the needs of my Executive. I am able to organize large and small events with the finest details, to ensure exceptional service for clients and colleagues. I am experienced with Microsoft programs and have a level 2 certificate in Excel.
I have played team sports since the age of 6, mainly Rugby and Touch Rugby since my father is a massive fan, (plus my brother never liked the cold!) meaning I am a team player and I understand everything I do within my work and personal life has a domino affect onto the people around me. I like to ensure I always have a positive, can do attitude and love a challenge.
I arrived in Australia back in August 2022, when I became a "Ten Pound Pom". I was one of 200 young people from the UK who won a £10 flight to Australia. It was my choice between taking the ticket or purchasing my first home in little Lincoln, UK. I decided everything happens for a reason and took a leap of faith. I love this country and adventurous path I have been set on.
I am constantly trying to better myself and the world around me.
I am an extremely sporty individual; I have played for my country for 3 years in a row in Touch Rugby in the Junior Touch Championships in Europe and I have competed in every England Touch Association Nationals tournament since I was 14, playing for the Midlands Women's and Mixed Gender teams.
I passed my Grade 8 Musical Theatre certificate last summer with a Merit.
I was awarded a community award for the Young People Awards in Lincolnshire for my commitment in helping young girls and women get into Rugby Union within schools and the community. I was also awarded this due to my action within the This Girl Can campaign which is a campaign trying to encourage girls and women into sport and challenge any stigma attached to women taking part in more traditionally masculine sports.
At my previous role, I was able to take our Google review star status from 2.5 to a 4.2 with my outstanding customer service.
