• Strip and Asssesment of conveyor pulleys,winching equipment and other mechanical equipments associated with conveyors
• Assembly of equipment in line with best practices and company I.T.P practices
• Use digital reporting platforms for inspection task
• Conduct safety and risk assesment,such as Job Safety Analysis and Take 5s -Fitting and removal of bearings using the drive up method -Mentor apprentices by demonstrating safe and correct work practices
• Effective use of precision measurement -Torque critical component ryan the line with OEM specification.

• To carry out work as directed by management to relevant work instruction,procedure,specifications,drawing and acceptable trade practices
• Ball and seats lapping for large valve and other valve related materials
• Quality and geometrical inspection and job pack reporting on valve components
• Do weekly preventive maintenance of machines
• Understand engineering drawings and keen eye for details
