• Preparation of all court and legal documentation, including drafting all outgoing correspondence and communication
• First point of contact for clients and responsible for responding to all incoming enquiries. I also communicate regularly with barristers, lawyers, insurers and doctors.
• Review all medical reports and clinical records
• Preparing matters for conferences and hearings. I also monitor all critical court dates and meet all deadlines.
• I successfully manage a file load of 100+ clients
• Preparing files for costing which includes billing and invoicing
