At Lémac I perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facial waxing, brow sculpting and tinting, lashlifts and lash extensions, for optimal client results. I help customers feel relaxed and comfortable through conversation and personal relatability. I also maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to strict sanitation guidelines for client safety. I keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and properly sanitized to minimize disease transfer and health risk of shared environment.

At Greenmount Beach House I first started as a housekeeper for the first 3 months before I started as a supervisor. In the supervisor role I conduct regular room inspections to verify compliance with housekeeping standards. I look over the daily cleaning schedules and do the daily admin before assigning the housekeeping staff to specific shifts and areas of the hotel based on abilities and daily requirements.

I communicate repair needs to maintenance staff and work with front desk to respond to all guest requests.

At Donut King I enhanced customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced cafe setting.

I maintained cleanliness of the cafe, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Throughout the shifts I also wiped, sanitized and maintained floors, facility, and equipment to adhere with company standards and procedures.

In this small family business I was assigned to pick and arrange passionfruits. I harvested high volumes of ripe, quality fruits from vines, enhanced fruit quality by carefully selecting ripe and undamaged produce, and removed damaged fruits to improve harvest quality.

I this roles I followed daily cleaning schedule to prepare for arrival of guests and meet deadlines. The routines include cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces to comply with sanitation and hygiene standards. I vacuumed and mopped floors in guest rooms and common areas to maintain clean and tidy environment and contributed to the hotel's reputation for cleanliness and comfort by providing exceptional service to all guests.

As a sales assistant on Rituals my main responsibilities were to reach my targets and the store budgets, keep the store clean and giving the best experience possible to our customers, as the company has a high standard in their personal customer service. I was also the Skincare Expert for my store which meant continuous courses and training the staff in that field.

The treatments I offered was lash extensions, lash lift, brow lamination, lash and brow colouring and spraytan. Other than providing treatments and to listen to clients wishes and preferences to give the best experience and meet their expectations, I also made sure that the salon was clean and tidy.

As a receptionist in a hair salon my main tasks were to book in appointments through walk in-clients, the salon phone and online booking system, do laundry and keep the salon clean and to help the customers to find the right hair products depending on their needs. I was also responsible of the opening and closing routines of the salon.

As a child I participated in a 1 week long summer camp for finnish speaking children for many years, and when I was a teenager I started as a leader there for a group of 45-60 children between the ages 6-12 years. In this role my main duties were to lead different age-appropriate activities, communicated with parents if required and fostered a positive environment for campers by promoting inclusivity, respect, and enthusiasm in all interactions. I also assisted in planning activities and special events like talent shows or themed days to add variety to the camp schedule. I was a camp leader for three years.

I worked as a part time nanny for 3 families during my gymnasium studies. I picked up the kids from school, cooked, played, helped with homework and put them to sleep.

Through the church I got the opportunity to join groups of finnish teenagers who were there for different activities. Together with my superiors, we lead meetings and activities over a 4 month period before we brought them to the Canary Islands for a pilgrimage. My role was to mentor young individuals on personal and spiritual growth, resulting in an increase in overall youth group participation. Developed strong connections with youth members by organizing engaging and interactive group activities.

As a member of The finnish church in Stockholm I was part of many youth activities through them when I was a teenager, and during my school holidays I got the opportunity to get a summer job there. In this job I sat as a guide in the church, informed guests and tourists about the church and the history of it and made sure everything in the church was kept safe and preserved. I also helped out during weekends and school holidays throughout the year in the church cafe after the services that were held during the weekends.
