Step 1 - EOI - Cold calling to qualify clients for what we do.
Step 2 - Appointment Setter - Booked clients on my calendar to go through what we can do for them.
- Especially when they're a couple.
- Qualifying with both couples regarding their information and numbers.
Step 3 - Called them back in 3 Business days, after receiving numbers from our Finance team.
STEP 4 - Booked them for a Diagram call with me to go through on how it works in finer detail, as process is very complex.
STEP 5 - Give them time to think about it, and call them back to see what they'd like to do next.
Step 6 - They sign up, we start the 5 Step Process to purchase their home.
Step 7 - Provide Monday weekly calls to clients to assist them on anything they maybe unsure of. Supporting them throughout our 5 step process with Departments as it can be quite daunting. Provide support and answering their questions, as well as communicating with Departments regarding clients and their concerns.
Once their Home loan is approved, I asked for a Google review or photos to add to our website.
