Academic Achievements

  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) Club President - Broward College: As the STEM Club President, I demonstrated strong leadership and a passion for sustainability through the planning and execution of sustainable markets and events. I effectively managed vendors and stakeholders, hosted learning and gardening sessions involving the planting of endangered natives and plants for endangered insects, and facilitated regular meetings with club advisors and students. Additionally, I performed general farm duties such as taking care of livestock. This experience not only honed my agricultural skills but allowed me to actively engage in various facets of farming, fostering a deep appreciation for the farming industry’s hard work and dedication.
  • Volunteer at Ceres Urban Farm - Melbourne, VIC: As a volunteer at Ceres Environmental Park, I have gained valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of farming operations. My role involves performing manual labor and engaging in farm work, including harvesting crops, weeding, tilling soil, building structures, and planting.
