I have looked after my two beautiful daughters, Ivy (2 years old) and Gracie (10 months old) on a full-time basis over the last two years.

• Launched a start up (to prototype phase) receiving two investment offers in the ed-tech space, but put on hold while on leave with my youngest daughter.

• Designed and implemented whole-school evidence based Instructional Model lesson template and database used by all teaching staff to deliver daily explicit lessons to students, decreasing classroom and teacher variance
• Facilitated whole-school professional development on areas of expertise including: Brightpath Writing and Moderation, 1:1/BYOD iPad, Productivity Technology, Assessment (diagnostic, formative and summative), the use of Innovative and purposeful IT within the classroom
• Developed a whole-school Knowledge Base using SharePoint, accessed on a daily basis by all staff members, increasing collaborative working capabilities and transforming WGPS knowledge management and retention practices
• Developed and successfully implemented 1:1 iPad program for year 3 and BYOD for 4-6
• Configured a knowledge repository to house reusable technology projects
• Transformed whole school induction document across all year levels into a digital experience
• Developed a timetable model and database for scheduling teacher and specialist DOTT, reducing process to create a whole-school DOTT timetable to 1 hour.

• Provided a full-suite of consulting services such as business analysis, process mapping and improvement, requirements gathering, creation and management of Invitation to Tenders, stakeholder management and project management.
• Specialised in Learning Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management Systems, Content Management Systems implementations as well as providing technology planning, strategy and consolidation services.

• Worked within energy, oil and gas, utilities and banking sector.
• Key clients included Water Corporation, INPEX and Bankwest. Providing a full-suite of consulting services such as business analysis, process mapping and improvement, requirements gathering, creation of high-level professional documents and reports, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, research and project coordination.
• Key achievements included being rated as a Top performer at IBM for 2013 and awarded Inferno Award for 2013 which recognises 3 employees across Australia and New Zealand for outstanding professional contribution and exceptional give-back. Awarded Consultant of the Quarter for Q3, 2013 by the Managing Partner of IBM Global Business Services.
