I have had experience in a number of different fields of work, which has led me to gain a number of skills that I am able to use in different workplaces. Through completing my certificates I have had to complete workplacement in different places such as a restaurant, Office admin at a Child care and placement at a boarding kennel. Being able to do these placements has given me more knowledge in different work environments.


I trust that I am an individual of potential, who is eager to utilise my skills, to provide personalised service to customers.

  • I received this opportunity to work on weekends to gain my administrational skills , interpersonal skills and ability of being a stablehand.
  • Key functions of this role consisted of supporting animal health by keeping areas clean, neat and properly sanitised, supervised day- to-day activities of (Trail rides, Front Desk, Animals) ranch, and training new workers on safety and ranch procedures.
  • This occupation contributed myself to be familiar with; superior customer service, payment settlements, processing paperwork, maintaining hygiene protocols, answering phones, and conducting work in an orderly manner with customers and animals.
  • Through working in this environment; I have gained the ability to work under pressure in busy hours of the day whilst providing a prestigious level of service, a service driven mindset, the ability to adapt, immaculate self presentation and grooming, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
