My philosophy of education is that I believe that all children are ‘unique and special' and as an educator I must provide my students with a stimulating educational environment where they are able to grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create an atmosphere that allows students to meet their full potential, supporting their learning needs and abilities. I will provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks. I am a big advocate for inclusion and celebrating our differences and I will assist my students to express themselves and accept themselves for who they are, as well as embrace the differences of others. Teamwork and collaboration are skills that I as an educator highly value and I will endeavour to make a positive contribution to the school community. Teaching has been a passion of mine for a long time and now being able to get the opportunity to educate the bright minds of our future brings me much joy and excitement.
