• Tailed and lead cattle on horseback, quadbikes and motorbikes. Drafted cattle, yarded cattle up on foot as well as on bikes, ran backyards, managed cattle in the crush, the race, round-yard and crowsnest.
• Assisted with the loading, trucking and unloading of cattle.
• Tipped horns, backlined, needled, ear tagged and ear marked, castrated, bang-tailed, branded and dehorned cattle.
• Operate tractors, ride and muster on two-wheeler motorbikes and quadbikes.
• Carried out daily farm operations including fencing, yard work, cleaning troughs, feeding out hay via the tractor, feeding poddy calves, attending to station dogs and horses.
• Worked in accordance with Low Stress Stockhandling procedures and WH&S practices for the Station.
• Maintain personal equipment in reliable condition, and cleaned living quarters.

• Provide customer satisfaction via friendly and efficient service at the register.
• Contribute to team productivity by maintaining a clean and organized workspace for crew members.
• Accurate order fulfillment via attention to detail and time management.
• Supporting sales by upselling menu items and promoting special offers.
• Fill-in shifts at short notice.
• Work across drive-thru, cafe, front counter, and kitchen.
• Used by management to mentor and train younger staff members.

Due to the dry season main work entailed:

- Mustering cattle and drafting them on horseback from hilly country to the flood plains.
