  • Cultivate and maintain culture of wellbeing amongst high-performing team that consistently achieves complex KPIs and contract deliverables within timelines.

  • Lead, coach and manage performance and career development of multidisciplinary team of 5 across 2 locations (Sydney and Canberra).


  • Consult with school leaders at over 180 schools and liaise with regional cross-sector stakeholders to understand unique needs of communities that we serve and tailor program to build upon their existing strengths as well as address identified opportunities or gaps in wellbeing.


  • Developed, implemented, and embedded new processes and operational systems that improved efficiency and accountability of program delivery such as: On-Boarding Process, Consultant’s monthly reporting structure, quarterly strategic planning process, communications planning, and travel budget request forms.


  • Monitor and leverage data on Salesforce to gage team performance to evaluate and report on success of our team’s engagement strategy. Provided training across Be You National on best practices for analysing data, as well as monitoring and reporting.


  • Requested by national leadership to travel to Perth to support WA / NT team with strategic planning, onboarding new Team Lead, and management of team for two weeks during which State Manager was ill with COVID.

  • Prospected, cultivated, and steward relationships with current and potential corporate, government, and not-for-profit partners of multiple events at various stages of planning and execution.


  • Secured, drafted and tracked all contracts to ensure sponsorship benefits such as traditional and social media marketing, ticketing and hosting opportunities, signage recognition and brand activations were delivered, in lead up to, during, and post events.

We Day is a series of 18 stadium-sized events held across the United States, Canada, and the UK. Internationally, 200,000 young people attend the events free of charge, and are inspired by world-renown speakers, A-list celebrities, and performers to take-action by volunteering in their local and global community. We Day is broadcast to 2 million viewers on ABC USA.


  • Project managed all aspects of 7-Eleven Canada’s corporate partnership with We Schools Program and We Day, ensuring that contractual obligations such as traditional and social media marketing, product integration, employee volunteer opportunities and event-based activations align with, and drive forward, 7-Eleven’s strategic imperatives.


  • Provided support to 7-Eleven’s marketing department in form of consultation, execution and evaluation of scope, objectives and deliverables of 7-Eleven’s $1 Million sponsorship of We Day events across Canada.


  • Created and managed communications plan including employee engagement newsletter, in-store signage, and presentations to inspire and motivate employees at 600 stores to volunteer at We Day events across the country.


  • Developed a volunteer program for 7-Eleven employees at We Day including recruitment, on-boarding and training, execution and reporting.

  • Stewarded relationships with c-suite executives and marketing professionals from companies such as 7-Eleven Canada, Accenture, University of British Columbia and Brookfield Asset Management.


  • Project managed all fundraising events in collaboration with corporate and not-for-profit partners including Boardwalk Enterprise’s We Imagine Benefit which raised over $80,000 for We Charity and establishment of two new annual events which each generated $40,000.

We Schools is a youth-empowerment, service-learning program delivered to 16,000 schools and community groups across North America and the UK.


  • Managed team of 10 program coordinators and outreach speakers across 4 Provinces and Territories (British Columbia, Alberta, Yukon, North West Territory), to recruit and engage educators and students in the We School service-learning program.


  • Oversaw strategic development and growth of $1.8 million fundraising portfolio, as well as the expansion of the We Schools program to over 1800 participant groups in BC, Alberta, and Territories: resulting in 20% growth annually.


  • Executed 10 annual social justice campaigns including registration, recruitment, promotion, evaluation, and reporting. Co-created education resources, lesson plans and workshops for schools that align with each campaign’s objectives and the curriculum.


  • Coordinated the ticketing, distribution, and fulfilment of We Day Alberta (18,000 attendees) and We Day Vancouver (20,000 attendees). Project managed monthly speaking tours and workshops, as well as bi-annual ‘Youth Summit’ events.


  • Fostered key relationships with Ministry of Education, school boards, and education leaders.


  • Published bi-annual reports for key stakeholders showcasing results and outcomes the We Schools program in Alberta, British Columbia and Territories.
