I am a qualified paramedic working at Bankstown Superstation, where I have been for the duration of my career of nearing 4 years. I am a compassionate and professional paramedic who takes immense pride in the role. I embody the CORE values of collaboration, openness, respect and empowerment in my role in the workplace. I am a confident clinician with the resilience to match to ensure my well-being is maintained. I am dedicated to continuing my professional practice and recognise the requirement of rigorous study and self-critique to continually evolve my performance. I am an excellent and open communicator who values diversity and inclusion of all viewpoints to achieve a unanimous outcome. I have autonomous skill in solving problems to deliver excellent clinical care in all patient presentations irrespective of acuity. I am accountable to what is expected of me and hold great personal integrity. I have innate ability to rapidly build a sufficient plan, prioritise appropriately, and collaborate with a team respectfully in high-pressure environments to achieve timely results in patient outcome.
