Completed 1 and 1/2 year Traineeship through SportsReady, now employed casually as an Event Coordinator.

Event Coordinator: Main responsibility to support and manage the AFL non - game day Premium Member Events, ranging from Golf Days, Kids Footy Clinics, Season Launch and networking lunch and dinners to name a few.

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders, to coordinate catering/security/technical/ set - up requirements with venues, caterers, and audio visual companies.
  • Responsible for invite creation, guest list management, maintaining records of guest lists, RSVP's, table allocation and managing allocated event budgets.
  • Managing theming, design, and collateral requirements of events.
  • Management of event execution and function hosts.

Medallion Club and AFL Membership dining room host: Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the dining rooms on match days across MCG and Marvel Stadium.

  • Event organisation ensuring that dining rooms run accordingly, table plans, menu's, game day activation.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners and customers, whilst displaying high level customer service skills.
