Clinical Trials Assistant

My role as a Clinical Trials Assistant, I manage and coordinate patient databases, reports and samples over multiple trials. 

  • I manage clinical trial sites as per protocol,ICH- GCP guidelines, sponsor SOPs and processes.
  • I assist preparation, handling, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
  • Patient trial enrollment onto multiple trials
  • Updating multiple clinical databases and sending regulatory follow up reports
  • Collecting and following up patient visits, update monthly study samples and treatment
  • Delivering and coordinating with Laboratory/Pathology with patient samples
  • To assist in quality control audits of clinical study documentation (e.g. Main Study Files, CRF Files, Monitoring Files, etc.).
  • Managing and monitoring clinical trial sites as per protocol, study-specific monitoring plan
  • Presenting results to laboratory management
  • Ensure participant safety and data integrity

Volunteer Psychology & Medical Lab Assistant
Callaghan, NSW | August 2020 - January 2021
This position has provided scientific knowledge and skills that are important in a lab environment.
My role in the Lab was assistant the Biomedical Science PhD students with stroke mouse model reporting.

  • I had the role of keeping accurate records of mouse models blood pressure, heart rate
    and temperature
  • Investigating and obtaining information about subject and accurately recorded these
    findings.
  • Completing lab tasks for supervisors, including sterilization of equipment, and became
    familiarized with the lab environment
