my role is to assist customers when they walk in the store to fit their child for school uniforms, pick and pack customer orders and put through sale/transactions and make customer orders on the computer.

My main role was customer liaison, in this role i would greet customers as they entered the shop, I would help customers with any inquiries and resolve customer complaints , while I wasn’t at the door I would either help out folding clothes and be on the floor helping my colleagues or I would be out the back of the shop in the warehouse helping to either pick and pack orders or decant the incoming shipments of products and clothes. other things I would do in this role include working at the registers to successfully check out customers and help them on the self checkouts.

My role was to proficiently manage the front desk of a medical centre, I provided excellent customer service to patients and their families, scheduled and maintained medical appointments and follow-ups for a wide variety of patients.

Other roles I performed was responding to patient inquiries, providing accurate information in a professional and friendly manner, reviewed and processed health care, insurance and medicare for accurate billing and answering clinic calls in a timely manner.
