I am currently a Master's student at the University of Queensland and I am currently searching for a job in a café. I have previous experience working in the hospitality industry as an all-rounder and a food and beverage attendant in my home country. Although I do not have any specific hospitality experience here, I did work as a retail sales assistant at my university. However, I have been trained as a barista and I am a quick learner. When it comes to working with customers, my main focus is to provide them with the best experience possible, make them feel heard, and always maintain a friendly demeanor. Currently, I am actively looking for a part-time or casual position as a junior barista or café all-rounder. I am available to work every day of the week and can start immediately.
Tow days per week, I worked serving customers. My responsibility was to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for the customers. I assisted customers by addressing their inquires, helping them locate products, giving recommendations, and processing transactions. Additionally, I was in charge of maintaining a clean and organized store, restocking shelves, and participating in inventory management.
3 days per week, I worked serving costumers and brining their orders to the table. Sometimes I had to recommend them some menus. Also I helped making drinks at the bar.
