Emily (Luka) Schwehr

While completing my work experience at Nido Early Learning I was able to work with
my lead educator to help children with holistic development. I was also able to
build on my organization skills while resetting the room, help with the
rooms routines, and enhancing holistic development through age-appropriate activities. My proactive approach to maintaining hygiene standards ensured a safe learning environment,
and becoming a role model by leading by example for the children. I really enjoyed working with the children and being able to get down on their level to have meaningful conversations with them, to then build positive relationships with the children.
