  • Manage the Cripps website; updating all pages as required, updating plugins as required, removal of discontinued products, building pages for new products, posting news items on a regular basis, uploading recipes.
  • In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, research market trends and advise on NPD; ensuring timely communication with Sales and Production teams to drive NPD and meet key category review dates.
  • Monitor interstate and international bread trends on a regular basis; advise based on data collected.
  • Prepare communications, such as presentations, as required to support Account Managers in their proposals to supermarkets/independent stores.
  • Ensure all product imagery is uploaded to SKU Library prior to product launch; monitor major supermarket websites to ensure all information presented is correct.
  • Complete PREP reports for all new products, so packaging can display ARL details. Stay up to date with any training provided by APCO.
  • Liaise with graphic designer on packaging designs as required.
  • In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, liaise with production and sales teams on timelines for NPD and ensure key dates are met for review dates.
  • Liaise with Cripps CEO and or Cripps Marketing Manager as required and in a timely manner governed by a sunset clause, i.e., respond to messages or emails by the close of business on the day they are sent.
  • Create new company email signatures on a regular basis.
  • Provide regular reports to the CEO on campaigns, future focus points and changes to marketing strategy required to drive the Cripps business forward.
