  • Provide accurate, timely and quality administrative services and apply word processing, database administration, electronic mail, facsimile, scanner, photocopying and document preparation skills.
  • Maintain positive and effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders through liaison with the Department, other ministerial offices, and with the general public.

  • Attend to telephone enquiries from internal and external clients and direct requests to appropriate employees as required.

  • Co-ordinate monthly budget monitoring, analysis and reconciliation processes for the Office budget.
  • Analyse, interpret and disseminate information and requests to ensure that staff are well informed of current and emerging issues.
  • Communicate and liaise with various levels of management, the general public, senior executives of government departments and agencies, as well as the private sector.
