  • Established Creative Services CoE, defined CS Strategy and Delivery Roadmap
  • Established, recruited and onboarded 2 x shared service Creative Production Teams in Poland and Malaysia resulting in cost saving of $250,000 to local markets. Also increased internal capabilities, increasing speed to market and reducing reliance on external vendors, further increasing cost savings for jobs that previously would be sent to contractors or production houses.
  • Deployed Adobe Workfront across 12 markets and 2 x GSC’s as System of Record. Providing a single Enterprise wide tool, a single, streamlined process, ability to manage global creative production teams, support collaborative ways of working, increasing efficiency through automation and reduction of repetitive tasks, reporting capabilities on resource planning and productivity. Delivered in 4 months from submission of Business Case.
  • Provided a solution for an Enterprise Creative WIP server solution, enabling collaborative working, increase creative efficiency and delivering a cost saving of $150,000 p.a.
  • Migrated all markets to Enterprise DAM resulting in cost saving of $255,000 p.a.
