  • Led the international design function across the UK, Australia, and India, driving strategy, design maturity, and accessibility for a digital platform reimagining the property transaction experience, as well as an API developer platform enhancing the developer experience.
  • Reporting to the senior executive leadership team, I played a key role in scaling global product design capability and influence across the organisation.
  • Developed and executed the design strategy across the international delivery team, aligning customer needs with business goals, technical capabilities, and regional market demands.
  • Partnered with the CPO, Head of Product and GM of International delivery to define the design system roadmap and retrofitting approach.
  • Defined and delivered design OKRs. Successfully achieved all 6 design OKRs and exceeded stretch targets in four, driving significant improvements in delivery efficiency, design quality, accessibility and stakeholder alignment.
  • Set the standard for accessibility at PEXA, took the platform from A to AA.
  • Mentored designers to become confident public speakers and leaders, elevating design advocacy and team visibility globally.
  • Elevated design maturity across 100+ employees by instilling 'design sensible defaults' across a dispersed agile team, embedding human-centered design, continuous customer feedback loops into agile workflows, and data-informed decision-making to help drive prioritisation.

  • Designed and implemented a streamlined hiring process for designers, enhancing skill alignment and cultural fit, growing the global design team across the UK, India, and Australia, and structuring the team to optimise collaboration and meet strategic business needs.

  • Design leader within a global technology consultancy. Guided clients across sectors including; banking, retail, travel, education, pharmaceuticals and government to help them solve the right problems and move towards more customer-centric digital products and services.
  • Worked in partnership with C-level stakeholders, presented to board members to help them leverage design as a driver of innovation, alignment, and business value.
  • I was part of the Thoughtworks Global Design leadership team helping to lead the strategy for design across the consultancy globally.
