Managed emails, phone calls, 3 customer service employees, worked with logistics, ran reports for customers.

Whilst working here, I achieved my Cert. 4 in Veterinary nursing.

My roles at the clinic were to monitor anesthetics, admit and discharge patients, monitor and record vitals, administering medications, work closely with vets/nurses, admin, phone calls, general cleaning.

My time with the clinic allowed me to create strong relationships with the clients, and at the end of life of the patients was able to give the support and comfort.

As a vet nurse, it was up to me to make sure that the patient was cared for post euthanasia and dealt with respectfully. This would include corresponding with businesses (crematoriums)such as yourself.

My general duties were to admit and discharge animals, deal with clients, phone calls, feed, water, administer medications, clean enclosures.

I also took on extra responsibilities when the owner introduced me to grooming animals which would include bathing, and drying prior to discharge.
