Summary

I am an experienced and passionate early childhood professional with a strong background in working with children in both personal and professional capacities.

Dedicated towards early childhood development and learning and have hands on experience as well as a desire to develop more professional skills and teaching techniques.

I enjoy using play - based learning, structured sports activities and positive reinforcement to support skill development and confidence in preschool aged children. Known for a warm, fun, energetic and patient (yet firm)approach with strong communication with both children and parents. I believe this is why I won "Coach of the Year 2024" in Australia out of 120 Franchisees, voted by parents and Carers.

Committed to supporting diverse needs and creating fun, educational experiences that align with early learning goals.

I am looking for the opportunity to become more educated and work with professional people who can teach me all that they know. I enjoy and can work as an individual but love to work with a team.

My biggest accomplishment is my two daughters, Michaela, 16 & Mackenzie, 14. They have given me the desire to follow my dreams of becoming an Early Learning educator. They have taught me more about preschool education than any text book could, whether its participation in outside school activities, having playdates, Birthday parties etc. getting involved as a volunteer in their Kindergarten, dealing with conflict or learning about co operation. Every day with them has shown me unconditional love and there is enough to be shared anywhere with anyone.
