Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage and execute medical surveillance and fitness for work processes in line with organisations broader strategy
• Management of complex injury, illness case management, return to work, rehabilitation and workers compensation processes, including providing coaching and upskilling to direct reports
• Provide expert technical advice and coaching on classification and non-complex case management
• Identify, prioritise, and implement required health and safety strategies
• Govern and maintain the design and implementation of health and safety standards, procedures, and systems
• Ensure health and safety risk management and compliance requirements are met
• Maintain key medical and allied health services through contract management
• Provide leadership for a team and contribute to the ongoing development of excellent team culture

Key Responsibilities include:

• Drive effective implementation of the Contractor Management Plan on site and upholding statutory compliance
• Assist with the implementation of Anglo-American Operating Model into everyday practices
• Project Management of Contractor Safety Management Framework and Electronic Permit to Work System
• Ensure effective infield assurance program in underground and surface activities to help ensure SHE risk for contracted parties on site are mitigated
• Ensure all contract and compliance activities onsite comply with Anglo policies and procedures
• Monitor contractor safety performance through auditing and assurance program

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide onsite injury management including management of workers compensations claims, Physical and Psychological claims and Non-Work Related matters
• Manage complex workers compensation cases Participating member of Anglo American's Community Health and Wellbeing Steering Committee
• Develop and maintain health policies within the site's safety health management system
• Supporting Occupational Hygiene Specialist in the coordination of all aspects of the Site's onsite occupational hygiene sampling program
• People and contract management (supervisor)

Key Responsibilities include:

• Injury management and prevention, working closely with Self Insurers and QLD Workers Compensation
• Annual hygiene monitoring plan, management, and coordination
• People management and contract management (supervisor)
• Onsite management and coordination of medicals and health assessments
• End of Month reporting, quarterly reporting and annual reporting to management and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities include:

• Injury management, rehabilitation and return to work coordination
• Conduct health assessments
• Organise, coordinate, and promote health and wellbeing programs
