My role at IVE as a campaign coordinator included managing their largest clients such as ALDI, IGA, CWH and other agency accounts. My role was based on maintaining client relationships in order to increase revenue. I manage queries satisfying both clients and residents with the effective result. I have store skills with data manipulation and output using excel, utilising features such as pivot tables and v-lookups. In the role working efficiently within a group is important to ensure all task are completed.
Throughout my time at tilling timber, I was able to understand the work culture, processes and most importantly values providing clients satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly. I developed strong relationships with clients, leading to increased repeat business and consistent sales growth, understanding that by collaborating closely with various internal departments this ensured smooth operations in the sales process.
