After obtaining tertiary qualifications in human behaviour, and some time practicing as a Social Worker, I embarked on a new career in Qualitative Research. It perfectly merged my desire to seek the truth with an innate appreciation of its commercial impact. This has fueled a passion for creating strategic narratives of what’s possible, and never limited by what consumers say. Excellent qualitative research should reveal hidden growth opportunities grounded in human truths.
