Summary
I have a strong background in pharmacy having worked in the industry since I was 14 years old- first as a junior, progressing to an intern, pharmacist in charge and a manager. I am also extremely interested in natural and alternative medicines, and am currently studying under Functional Medicine University- to say I am loving it is an understatement! I think the two modalities work together nicely and it is very interesting learning the natural side and building on my knowledge in this space.
Over my extensive pharmacy career, I have gained many skills both interpersonally and professionally and have used multiple different software systems and various medico packing systems.
I currently work between two pharmacies- one which is extremely busy and I am able to handle the pressures of this busy dispensary very well. The other pharmacy is where I have a bit more time to utilize my skills of counselling and relationship building, having a lot of return clients who come to see me specifically for my advice.
I am an organised and dependable woman and am able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a positive attitude.
I am always curious and willing to learn new things and enjoy educating my fellow staff on my latest learnings.
I love to smile and I think there is no greater blessing than putting a smile on someone else’s face!
