  • Relocated to Cairns in 2021 and began the role as Administration Officer at St Monica’s College, where I have acquired a substantial number of new skills and attained knowledge of the college’s and Catholic Education Services processes, procedures and policies.
  • Adapted quickly into the role and learnt new systems quickly and effectively. Including:
  • eMinerva systems and reporting.
  • Dynamics 365 entering data and balancing journals (Finance program).
  • Producing college newsletter – InDesign.
  • Taking and receipting payments.
  • Parent and student services and external enquiries.
  • Absence and attendance reporting to leadership team and college counsellor flagging any abnormalities.
