Summary

I am currently in the temporary role of Clinical Educator in Endoscopy Murdoch. I have enjoyed this role as I can make a impact to new and current staff within Endoscopy. We have a unique and busy unit that combines many different areas of expertise. I have good knowledge for the majority of areas as well as a good relationships with the staff, Doctors and managers. I have found this role both rewarding and challenging. I have enjoyed the variety in the Educator role and the new challenges it has brought to myself. Learning computer programmes, upskilling my own skills, developing booklets and training programmes. I have especially enjoyed working with new staff members and upskilling current staff members. I have strong knowledge in Endoscopy which I like to share and help guide others when joining our team.
