My experience in the early childhood sector has given me the opportunity to gain skills which see's me experienced in working in fast paced environments, focused on the Education and care of children aged 0-6 years; Whilst ensuring national quality standards, legislation and regulations are being adhered to and exceeded.
I take great pride in creating a collaborative Centre environment and team culture, as I have a strong belief that an exceeding level of care and education can only be provided if my team feel respected, valued and appreciated.
I value open and honest communication which provides opportunities for further growth and development and allows individuals to flourish in their individual skillset and personality style.
After working in the Early childhood sector for 14 years, I am ready and excited to utilize my comprehensive skill set to continue supporting individuals, children and families in areas not limited to early education and care.

-Assist to coordinate and maintain all Centre information and ensure that record systems are up to date, in accordance with regulatory compliance, easily accessible to management and inaccessible to others such as families and visitors
-Develop and maintain strong, positive, and meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the Centre community
-Leading a team of educators with a focus on individual development and mentoring in the education, care, and supervision of each child at the Centre
-Working collaboratively with educators, children, and families to plan and implement an effective ongoing cycle of planning, documenting and evaluation in accordance with the National Quality Framework and the Guardian Curriculum
-Ensure a current educational program is visible in the Centre and on Storypark, for families to view and contribute their ideas and suggestions
