-Support the Centre Manager to meet or exceed budgeted Centre financial performance including occupancy, wages management and controllable costs

-Contribute to all aspects of people and culture including Workplace Health and Safety to maintain a healthy and safe workplace for all employees

- Working alongside the Centre Manager and Educational Leader to maintain a strong and positive culture across the Centre

-Ensure all enquiries are addressed appropriately and in a positive manner, providing relevant information to promote access to the Centre; Captured and reported on in accordance with Centre policy

-Assist to coordinate and maintain all Centre information and ensure that record systems are up to date, in accordance with regulatory compliance, easily accessible to management and inaccessible to others such as families and visitors

-Develop and maintain strong, positive, and meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the Centre community

-Leading a team of educators with a focus on individual development and mentoring in the education, care, and supervision of each child at the Centre

-Working collaboratively with educators, children, and families to plan and implement an effective ongoing cycle of planning, documenting and evaluation in accordance with the National Quality Framework and the Guardian Curriculum

-Ensure a current educational program is visible in the Centre and on Storypark, for families to view and contribute their ideas and suggestions
